Meal Options

Chateau de Balarin comes equipped with multiple kitchens, ranges, refrigerators, and dining areas. We will be cooking group meals for those interested in the main kitchen. There is a "signup sheet" below. For those that would prefer to make their own food or eat in town, you are more than welcome to do so.

Trained in the classical French tradition and decorated with a total of 21 Michelin Stars, Chef Moyer built a reputation for pairing rigorous technique with an ingredient-drive style.

Chef Taylor Huske

Known for unrelenting standards of precision and a creative take on global flavors, Huske bolsters the team with his own considerable accolades spanning multiple continents.
